Here's what I will do for you:

- Firstly I will take time to get a deep understanding of your vision, and what you want from your newsletter, its intended audience, look, feel, and style; then I will...

- develop branding and logo elements: cover image, logo, banner, themes, button colors, fonts, styles (optional), or upload your existing collateral;

- create your Substack publication website and email automations, including your About page, welcome/hero post, welcome email(s) and opt-out messages;

- import your existing list of email addresses, if you have one;

- set up Notes, chat and threads for your publication, as needed;

- Optimise settings for pledges, community features, recommendations and referrals;

- Assist with payment setup, and pricing strategy, if desired; 

- Publish or schedule three fully-formatted posts with images, social previews, SEO and CTAs.  The posts can be created using your text or mine (your choice).

You get:

• A live or draft Substack newsletter (your choice);
• Approval of any/all content before publishing;
• A suite of brand collateral files: logo, banner, color palette, style guide;
• Regular progress reports throughout the project;
• A one-page strategy for the publication, including a content planner, growth strategies, monetization strategies;
• A live "hand over" with a tutorial and walk-through;
• Six weeks of email support (included). Ongoing administration support can be provided for additional fees.
